- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great Basin's receptionist answered on second ring and I was immediately asked what my inquiry would involve. Then my phone number and name confirmed and was told I would hear back from Ashley for the assistance I needed! Within 15 minutes, I received a call back from Ashley and she had a plan and would follow through today and reassess in three business days to see if all was completed for my account. What immediate, accurate and professional handling of my insurance concern! It was a nice promise of action, to NOT to be told that I needed to make another phone call and send this paper and do it all myself. What an amazing agency GREAT BASIN truly is both in efficiency and kindness to their clients. I am very impressed and pleased.
